Victims, suspects, investigators, and the occasional innocent bystander: in the series Crime Scene I imagined a world of mystery, underlying violence, sex and also falseness, with scenes where, unlike in the television dramas which inspired them, the answers are not obvious or even capable of being revealed. The crimes themselves may seem apparent but they are not real. Who did it … and what was it they did? You are invited to make up your own story.
